Safety Features Make This Hard to Use
This can is CARB (Calif. Air Resources Board) and EPA approved. And that's the problem. All the safety features make it hard to use. I wish this can had a simple, solid screw-on cap. That is what the product photo shows. Instead it has a spout cap. This safety cap is very difficult to remove or put on, especially in cold weather. Because it is a spout cap, there is a circular plastic insert which must be removed from the cap and discarded. Don't try to use the cap by itself with the insert in place -- it WILL leak. The manufacturer should remove this piece of extra plastic as it will cause confusion and hazards for many buyers who may think the cap is solid. The non-spill safety spout (not shown in the product photo) is also hard to use. To pour, you'll have to push hard against the really heavy spring inside.
